MUCH MORE THAN OFFICE LAPTOPS

Computer equipment can serve very different purposes within an event:

Registration and accreditation: laptops, iPads, and barcode and QR scanners for access, registration, and attendee control systems. Temporary production offices: computers and printers for coordination, documentation, run-of-show schedules, show programs, and administrative processes. A LARGE SCALE PROJECT: 150 DEVICES FOR EDC MEXICO 2026

The deployment for EDC Mexico 2026 has been one of our largest to date: 75 laptops and 75 scanners dedicated to the registration and accreditation process.

Beyond sourcing 150 devices, the project required reviewing and organizing each unit during pre-production, coordinating logistics, and ensuring everything arrived properly identified and ready to integrate into a large-scale operation.

The project demonstrates our ability to handle everything from individual requests to operations involving dozens of devices while maintaining the same level of control and attention.

RESPONSIVENESS

In large production companies, quantities, points of contact, and requirements can change with little notice. Maintaining constant communication and the ability to respond to last-minute requests is therefore a fundamental part of the service.

The same applies when a piece of equipment fails. During a high-level corporate event at Barceló Riviera Maya, a printer began reproducing colors incorrectly. It was replaced that same night, allowing the operation to continue without disruption.

Technology cannot always be prevented from failing, but a failure can be prevented from becoming a larger problem for the production. That is why our policy is simple: if a piece of equipment fails during a rental, it is replaced at no additional cost.

Our operations began in Mexico City, where we have worked in large-format venues such as Palacio de los Deportes and Estadio GNP Seguros. Today, the service also extends to Riviera Maya and, thanks to our corporate capabilities and network of collaborators, we can support projects nationwide while maintaining a single point of contact for the client.
